Narrow Gauge Railway

This small version of “Thomas” is called “Chaloner” and was built in 1877 by DeWinton in Caernarfon, Wales and is a vertical boiler design, originally destined for the North Wales Quarries, and is one of the original examples, and has been at the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Guage Railway site since it started. It has just undergone a full refit and can be seen “in steam” to this day.
