Lowry Mill

Lowry Mill is the recently renovated and renamed Newtown Mill in Salford. The historic building is the last remaining mill in Salford and is yards from the home of the world renowned artist L.S. Lowry. As well as featuring in Lowry’s extensive collection of works, the Mill was frequented by Lowry in the course of his employment with Pall Mall Property.

The Mill now provides up to 100,000 sq ft of refurbished commercial office space, the Mill is set out on five floors, each at approximately 22,000 sq ft. The upper floors afford fantastic views across Manchester and the ground floor accommodates state-of-the-art reception, restaurant, gym, meeting facilities and theatre. Ample on-site car parking is provided and there are excellent public transport links.

More information on the Mill can be found here – www.lowrymill.co.uk
