Oxford Circus Expansion

In 2021, Vanguard expanded the self-storage centre in Oxford Circus by taking over the remainder of level – 3 in the Harley Street Q-Park. This increase net lettable storage space from 10,000 sq. ft. to 24,500 sq. ft. The extension has also allowed us to make improvements to the original phase which was acquired as W1SelfStorage in 2016.
