St Peters Terrace, Bath

In January 2022, Vanguard acquired St Peters Terrace on the Lower Bristol Road in Bath. The site was formerly the home of the Regency Laundry. Vanguard intend to demolish the existing building and construct a world-class bespoke new self-storage centre. The store will house over 40,000 sq ft of net lettable storage space and a Vampire jet. We plan to be open for business in Q4 2024.
