In 2024, Vanguard received planning approval for what will be their tenth self-storage location. The bespoke new-build that will house over 70,000 sq. ft. of net lettable self-storage. The building will be highly prominent, fronting onto the A3 which is the main arterial road into Portsmouth. To promote the naval heritage of the city, we will be hanging a Sea Harrier jet vertically within a glass atrium.
